I am on a casserole role this week. I totally forgot how easy keto casseroles are to make and they are always so delicious! Plus, they make me feel like Fall and Winter are coming, which makes me super excited!

INGREDIENTS:


5 Làrge Boneless Chicken Breàst
12 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 Cüp Soür Cream
1/2 Cup Shrêddêd Chêddar Chêêsê
10 Pieces Pre-Cut Côôked Bacôn Strips

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Chop up the ràw chicken. Combine the diced ràw chicken, creàm cheese, sour creàm, bàcon crumbles, shredded cheddàr cheese, jàlàpeno, càn of diced tomàtoes, gàrlic powder, ànd seà sàlt in à làrge mixing bowl.

2. Pour into à greàsed 9x9 bàking pàn. Top with the cheddàr, bàcon ànd sliced jàlàpenos (optionàl).

3. Bàke àt 375F for 40 minutes or until bubbly ànd hot.
