1 cûp Bròccòlï
5 òz Chëddàr Chëësë
2 tbsp Bûttër
1/2 tsp xànthàn Gûm
1/4 cûp Onïòn
1/4 cûp cëlëry
1 1/2 cûp chïckën bròth
1/2 cûp Hëàvy Whïppïng Crëàm
sàlt/pëppër

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Cût ûp bròccòlï ïntò pïëcës, às smàll òr às bïg às yòû'd lïkë ànd sët àsïdë.

2. Add bûttër, ònïòn, cëlëry, sàlt ànd pëppër tò à sàûcë pàn ànd còòk ûntïl ònïòns ànd cëlëry àrë trànslûcënt.

3. Add bròccòlï ànd còòk fòr àddïtïònàl 2-3 mïnûtës òr ûntïl bròccòlï tûrn brïght grëën.

4. Add chïckën bròth ànd hëàvy whïppïng crëàm ànd brïng tò à bòïl.
