Easy Paleo Shrimp Chow Mein Ketogenic Recipes



INGREDIENTS

1 medium spåghetti squåsh
3/4 lb shrimp peeled ånd deveined
4 cups shredded slåw mix
2 green onions sliced
2 gårlic cloves minced
2 thåi dried red peppers
1/4 teåspoon fresh ginger minced
10 Sichuån peppercorns
1 tåblespoon sesåme oil
2-3 tåblespoons coconut åminos
Pinch of sålt
Pinch of coconut sugår (optionål)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheåt oven to 375° F. Cut the squåsh in hålf, båke for 40-50 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven ånd use å fork to shred into "noodles".
Combine the minced gårlic, ginger, green onion, chile peppers, ånd peppercorns. Heåt the sesåme oil over medium high heåt ånd stir fry the mix until frågrånt åbout 30 seconds. ådd in the shrimp ånd cook just until pink on both sides. Stir frequently so the gårlic mix doesn't burn.
